We recommend booking your shoot at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during festive or peak seasons. If you’d like us to design a custom photography setup or a themed studio shoot, please book 3–4 weeks in advance to allow us the time to plan and create your desired concept seamlessly.

Not necessarily. We can discuss your shoot requirements over a call or WhatsApp, but you’re always welcome to visit our photography studio and explore the available studio sets before confirming your booking.

Please share your shoot type (product, fashion, film, etc.), preferred dates, budget, and any special requirements. This helps our team provide you with an accurate quote tailored to your project needs, whether it’s a product photoshoot, fashion shoot, portfolio, or Outdoor shoot etc.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your shoot booking. This amount is non-refundable. An additional 50% payment is due on the day of the shoot, and the remaining 20% should be settled after the final edited images are delivered.

You can reschedule your shoot by call, text, or email at least 3 days in advance, subject to slot availability. For cancellations, please notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate other photography sessions smoothly.
