Welcome to Aperture7 Studios. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our professional photography and videography services. By booking with us, you accept these terms in full.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require a 30% non-refundable advance payment to secure your shoot date. This amount is applied toward your total balance.
• 50% of the balance is due on the day of the shoot before work begins.
• The remaining 20% is payable after the final edits have been delivered and approved by you.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and secure digital payment platforms.
• Your booking is only confirmed upon our receipt and verification of the advance payment.
• Late payments may incur an additional fee of 2% per week.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations by the client will result in forfeiture of the entire advance payment.
• Rescheduling requests require minimum 72 hours notice and are subject to our availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to force majeure circumstances.

3. Shoot Requirements

• Client must provide complete shoot details (location, schedule, requirements) at least 5-7 days prior.
• Delays caused by the client exceeding 30 minutes may or may not incur additional charges.
• Client is responsible for securing all necessary location permits and releases.
• Any changes to agreed shoot parameters must be approved in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

• Aperture7 Studios retains full copyright of all original creative work produced.
• Client receives an exclusive license for agreed usage as specified in the contract.
• Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or commercial use of our work is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve portfolio rights unless specifically excluded in writing.

5. Delivery & Revisions

• Final deliverables will be provided within 14-21 business days post-shoot.
• Standard packages include basic color correction and two rounds of minor revisions.
• Major revisions, additional editing, or reshoots will be quoted separately.
• Rush delivery options may be available for additional fees.

6. Liability & Insurance

• We maintain professional equipment and liability insurance coverage.
• Client is responsible for participant safety and property at shoot locations.
• We are not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (weather, acts of God, etc.).
• Valuables should be insured by client as we cannot assume responsibility.
